Conflict Management for Target Recognition Based on PPT Entropy and Entropy Distance

Conflicting evidence affects the final target recognition results. Thus, managing conflicting efficiently can help to improve belief degree of true target. In current research, existing approaches based on entropy use itself measure conflict. However, it is not convincing characterize conflict only through itself. To solve this problem, we comprehensively consider influences and mutual measurement, propose a novel approach an improved distance. The pignistic probability transformation function named (PPT) that measures between evidences from perspective self-belief entropy. Compared with state-of-the-art entropy, uncertainty more accurately, make full intersection information estimate reasonably.
